Laser Tattoo Removal
Time to break up with your ink.
Laser Tattoo Removal
At Amity Artistry, we offer professional laser tattoo removal to help gradually fade unwanted tattoos and give your skin a fresh start. Whether you’ve simply changed your mind, outgrown a design, or want to lighten an existing tattoo for a cover-up, we’re here to guide you through the process.
Using laser technology, targeted energy is delivered into the tattoo pigment to break it down into smaller particles, which your body can naturally clear over time. Tattoo removal is a gradual process, and the number of sessions required can vary depending on factors such as tattoo size, colour, age, ink type and placement.
We take a personalised approach to every treatment, with your skin, tattoo and treatment goals assessed during your consultation.
Cosmetic Tattoo Removal
We also offer cosmetic tattoo removal for unwanted or outdated cosmetic tattoos, including brows and other cosmetic tattooing.
Whether your brows have changed colour over time, you’re unhappy with an existing cosmetic tattoo, or you’re looking to create a cleaner canvas before having them redesigned, we can assess your cosmetic tattoo and discuss the available removal options.
Because cosmetic tattoo pigments can behave differently to traditional tattoo ink, every treatment is assessed individually. Your skin, pigment, colour and previous treatments will all be considered during your consultation to determine the most appropriate approach.

Immediately after: The area may appear red, swollen or feel warm and tender.
First few days: Small blisters, crusting or scabbing may develop. This can be a normal part of healing.
Days 5–14: The skin gradually settles. Allow any scabs or crusts to fall away naturally.
Following weeks: The treated pigment continues to break down and is gradually cleared by the body.
Between treatments: The tattoo will continue to fade over several weeks. Your next session will only be performed once the skin has fully healed.
Healing times vary: Everyone responds differently depending on the tattoo, skin type and treatment area.
Do not pick, scratch or remove scabs, as this can increase the risk of scarring or pigmentation changes.
